On August 26th 2017, Saturday around 12:00PM EST, one of our trusted affiliates who had access to our account gave our password out. Upon this release, an unauthorized user accessed our account and locked us out. They added email@example.com to our account, removed our secure phone number and deactivated our account, removing our access. Our account is 100% secure, we even have trouble at times logging on. We are not at fault, the associate at fault has been let go with the minimum severance package. Over the last two days, the required Twitter associates to escalate our case have been out of the office until today, resulting in this situation taking longer. Everything is alright, we apologize for the vulgar direct messages and tweets sent from our account. We're back baby!
