SSH paswd access disabled. (Resolved)

  • Due to security reasons, we will be disabling all SSH password access from this point forward, you can still use SSH via key.

    We apologize for any inconvenience, but remember your security is our goal, customers first.

Twitter Account (Resolved)

  • UPDATE 1: The Misdivide twitter account has been hacked. The hackers have taken control of the account by exploiting Twitter's website. We are working to get our account back. Please do not respond or look at the tweets that are coming from our account. When this issue is resolved that means we have the account back.
    UPDATE 2: We have set up a backup account. This will be the official backup account for Misdivide. Please make sure to follow it. The backup account is @MisdivideLLC.
    UPDATE 3: Misdivide has been speaking with an Account Manager and multiple representatives from User Services about adding new recovery options to our account and making sure this doesn't happen again. We'll have our account back by Tuesday, most of the supervisors who can perform the actions required are OOO (out of office) at the moment.


    FINAL: On August 26th 2017, Saturday around 12:00PM EST, one of our trusted affiliates who had access to our account gave our password out. Upon this release, an unauthorized user accessed our account and locked us out. They added testi****22@protonmail.com to our account, removed our secure phone number and deactivated our account, removing our access. Our account is 100% secure, we even have trouble at times logging on. We are not at fault, the associate at fault has been let go with the minimum severance package. Over the last two days, the required Twitter associates to escalate our case have been out of the office until today, resulting in this situation taking longer. Everything is alright, we apologize for the vulgar direct messages and tweets sent from our account. We're back baby!
